Denim 1
Denim 2

Traditional Denim is a cotton twill textile, in which the weft passes under two or more warp threads to form 1/2, 1/3 twill weaving patterns, basically the characteristic of indigo denim is only the warp threads are dyed, whereas the weft threads remain plain white. Therefore, one side of the Denim shows the blue warp threads, while the other side shows the white weft threads.

Nowadays, it comes with different designs, colors and contents. Denim yarn dyed in two ways, one is slash dye; and the other is rope dye. Denim normally uses indigo for the blue color and sulphur dye for the black color. Recently, yarn-dyed colored weft denim is in the trend. Printing is also an uprising favor in the market.

2014 Advance Finishing

"Sustainability" becomes a major concern for after-treatment technologies within Denim industry. Environmental friendly concepts like energy saving, wastage control, water saving, less chemical and water recycle plans are our important targets for future development. JG TEXTILE® and its associated factory relaying on three innovative technologies for our denim collections to achieve this goal.

Anhydrous Washing Technologies
Driven by the "Energy saving and Wastage control" concept, JG TEXTILE® and its associated factory by their prospective investment bring in the advanced 3rd Generation Go-Green Physical Modification Machine. The machine is operated with several micro-processing sensor and electromechanical integrated technology. With this machine, the after-treatment performance of denim can be maximized, bringing the cellulose fiber up to Silky or Wooly hand touch. This is our flagship product for 2014.

Shape Stability Technologies
For traditional jeans manufacturing, washing treatment is the most important key cycle. The main purpose was to remove the starch and dye stuff from the surface, improve the wearing comfort, generate aging effect, as well as stabilizing the fit size as per the design standard. JG TEXTILE® and its associated factory bring in “SHAPE STABILITY TECHNOLOGIES” from Europe, combining Bio-Enzyme treatment and reclaimed water reuse technology which helps to reduce the total water usage dramatically by 85% when comparing to the traditional method, contribute and lead to a better future.

Functional Treatment Technologies
“Functional Treatment Technologies” is now becoming the market focus of the tip-top jeans fashion. After serious study on users' behaviors, JG TEXTILE® and its associated factory introduce the latest technology from Europe and develop the “HYDROPHILE TECHNOLOGIES” ( absorb the sweat from dermis )-at denim inner side and “HYDROPHOBIC TECHNOLOGIES” ( resist the liquid get into surface )-at denim face side. This innovative bi-function will surely bring new and best experience to the denim trend.

Synthetic Fiber and Polyester Blended

Synthetic fibers are made from synthesized polymers or small molecules. The compounds that are used to make these fibers come from raw materials such as petroleum based chemicals or petrochemicals. These materials are polymerized into a long, linear chemical that bond two adjacent carbon atoms. Different chemical compounds will be used to produce different types of fibers.

Cotton is natural fiber, which is a kind of plant fiber, used to make a number of textile products. These include denim for jeans; popularly used in the manufacture of blue work shirts, from which we get the term "blue-collar"; and corduroy, seersucker, and cotton twill etc.. Widely used for Menswear, Ladies wear, Kids wear, Socks, Underwear, and most T-shirts. Bed sheets often are made from cotton. Nowadays, some cotton fabrics can be made from recycled or recovered cotton that otherwise would be thrown away during the spinning, weaving, or cutting process. Some fabrics blend cotton with other fibers, for example linen and synthetic fibers. It can be blended with stretchable yarns or spandex too.
